Paulina Giraldo, D.C.
Dr. Paulina Giraldo received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queens College. Continuing her education, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York.
Dr. G believes in listening to each patient and creating a partnership to maintain and improve lifelong health. She is committed and passionate about giving the best care, offering 20 years of experience in chiropractic care.
In addition, Dr. Giraldo is a multilingual communicator. She can converse in English and in Spanish, making her skilled in building and strengthening relationships with diverse populations.
Keith Chan, PT, CKTP
Keith Chan is a New York State licensed physical therapist, and he has been working with a wide variety of patients for over ten years. Keith attended Texas A&M University and completed his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at City University of New York (CUNY) Hunter College. He has over 10-years experience as a certified personal trainer accredited by NSCA and Cooper Institute and was a Tier 3 personal trainer in Equinox Health Club for over five years.
Hisham Senan, PT, DPT, OCS
Hisham Senan has over ten years of experience as a physical therapist and is New York State licensed. Hisham completed his undergraduate degree at Cairo University, then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Dominican College in New York State, and now is studying for a Doctor of Science degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy at Andrews University. Hisham has taken a variety of continuing education training including courses on the Mulligan Concept, Sports Injuries, Fascial Manipulation, Exercises Dosing and prescription, Intensive Orthopedic courses at NYU, Manual Therapy at NAIOMT, and Kinesiotape.
Heather Grzasko, In Touch Office Manager
Originally from Syracuse, Heather has lived in NYC For 8 years. She has a BA degree in Journalism/ Mass Communications from Saint Bonaventure University. With an administrative and consultative medical office background, Heather’s favorite part about working at In Touch NYC Physical Therapy is the patients. She strives to make every experience seamless.
Rachel Carlson is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and has established her career in the medical field. She graduated Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences with specialization in physical medicine and sports rehabilitation. Rachel has 7-years of experience working alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Physical Therapists in New York. The goal with her patients is to focus on a healthy lifestyle.
Corinne Kelly was born and raised in Rockaway Beach, New York, where she still lives.
She attended Pacific College of Health and Sciences in New York City. With a bodywork background in a yoga, Corinne’s aim is to be of aid in alleviating pain of a patient through holistic soft tissue manipulation techniques and heat.
Timothy Calvert, MD
Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation & Interventional Pain Management
Dr. Timothy Calvert is a fellowship-trained interventional pain physician with residency training in physical medicine & rehabilitation. Dr.Calvert has cultivated a passion for non-operative interventional techniques and opioid-sparing treatments to help alleviate pain while restoring function. He also is committed to the therapeutic role of exercise in relieving pain and restoring function. Dr.Calvert treats musculoskeletal and neurological issues throughout the body.
Dr.Calvert hails from the Jersey Shore. He completed his Bachelors and Masters at Boston University. After completing his medical degree at Drexel University, he stayed in Philadelphia for residency at Temple University Hospital and then elected to do an accredited fellowship in interventional pain management at Rutgers NJMS/University Hospital with mentoring by some of the top interventional pain physicians in the
